Syrah 2020

Our 2020 Syrah is a definitive example of what this time-honored variety can achieve in the Walla Walla Valley. Representing a blend of two of our estate vineyards, this wine is an ideal cross-section of the local terroir. Our temperate, high-altitude Cockburn Vineyard brings aromas of purple flowers and mixed berries. Our Winesap Vineyard, located in the famed Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, brings notes of jerky, olive brine, and turned earth. Full-bodied yet deft, wild yet elegant, this Syrah captures both the quality and spirit of the Walla Walla Valley!
