There’s a real person on the other end of every email, phone call, or tasting room visit. We ask that you treat our team—and your fellow members and guests—with the same kindness and respect you would expect in return.

Zero Tolerance for Disrespectful Behavior

Zerba Cellars does not tolerate disrespectful, harmful, hateful, or inconsiderate language or actions toward our staff, fellow Wine Club Members, guests, or vendors. Behavior inconsistent with these standards may result in the immediate termination of your Wine Club membership and/or removal from the premises.
