One of four traditional Italian varietals appearing in our lineup, this one is perhaps the most user-friendly of the quartet. Ready to drink upon release, our estate grown Dolcetto sports fun, fruity aromas of grape bubblegum and assorted wild berry flavors borne upon silty, fine-grained tannins. Look for subtleties in the form of toasted fennel, black tea leaves, and eucalyptus with gradually emerging earthy notes of white mushroom.
