Cabernet Franc 2021

Long respected as a valuable component in classic Bordeaux blends and a prized varietal wine in the Loire Valley, Cab Franc has recently attained a respected stature amongst the best that the new world has to offer. Vernal aromas of wet roses and lilac sit comfortably next to autumnal notes of dead leaf and forest floor. These scents are punctuated by a pervasive peppery accent that continues into the mouth alongside dried cherry and pencil lead underscored by firm, fine-grained tannins.
